At present, the company has five finishing production lines and two hot rolling production lines: one is a 60, 90 type piercing machine, which mainly produces stainless steel pipes with an outer diameter of 22mm-750mm; the other is a 325mm ASSRL tube mill, which adopts an automation system with mandrel pre-wear, limited small cycle, and three-level microcomputer control. The stainless steel sheet hot rolling production line was established on December 28, 2011 and completed on July 11, 2014. In the first hot rolling test on July 1, 2014, qualified hot coils were successfully launched, which is almost unprecedented in the world's hot rolling mills. This once again proves LDJS's management capabilities and deep technical background. The main equipment of the hot rolling mill includes walking beam heating furnace, high-pressure descaling machine, vertical roller roughing mill, Steckel mill, laminar cooling equipment and boiler.
The entire equipment is designed and provided by ITOCHU of Japan. Our factory adopts unique Stecker rolling mill with the following remarkable features: The coiling furnace can heat and keep the steel strip warm, so it is suitable for rolling high alloy steel and thin materials. In addition, advanced automatic width control system (AWC), automatic thickness control system, bending roll system, work roll guide roll system and other effective measures are adopted to ensure product quality. Our factory produces 600,000 tons of steel products annually, with product specifications of thickness 2.0~12.7mm, width 800~1600mm, and maximum roll weight of 30 tons.
The second cold rolling production line started construction on December 1, 2013 and was completed and put into production in March 2015. It mainly includes two 20-roller Senjil rolling mills (ZRM), an annealing and pickling line (CAPL), a steel coil preparation unit (CBL), a longitudinal shearing unit (STL) and six sets of rolling equipment. Coil filler (coil filling) 1 set. The product specifications of the factory are (0.3~5.0)*(1000~1600) mm. We introduced the French DMS 20 roller dryer; CAPL equipment is all from Germany, the Netherlands and other European countries. The laser welding machine of the production line is the first to be used in my country's stainless steel industry. Degreasing equipment is installed to ensure multi-steel production. The online application of SPM and TL effectively reduces production costs. The subsequent products are packed with fully automatic steel coils.
